How long does the process take?
Same day money in your account is our motto! As long as we get your documents and are able to do an employment confirmation on the same day.
How do you collect the repayment?
We place a debit order on your account that you sign for.
What is DebiCheck?
This is a new debit order system implemented by the SA Reserve Bank to combat debit order abuse by rogue merchants and consumers.
Why is DebiCheck better than the old system?
It requires consumers to Authorise Debit Order requests on their account using the banks' secure channels.
How do I authorise DebiCheck?
An MPOWA Finance DebiCheck request will be created for you to authorise. Please login to your internet banking / app to authorise it in order to get your loan paid out.
You will need to authorise the MPOWA Finance DebiCheck before 4pm (Saturdays 11am) BEFORE we can release your loan amount.
How do I get an increase in my loan amount?
Once you have repaid at least 3 loans, you may apply for an increase.
What if I change banking or employment details?
You need to inform us of any changes to your banking or employment details PRIOR to your payday otherwise your debit order will be severely affected.

Unfortunately no, you need to have been in your current job for at least 3 months.
